These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yarta ("yarta", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Overview of Service

yarta is a software platform that enables users to query and retrieve information from connected sources, including: • Third-party integrations (e.g. Notion, Confluence) • Uploaded documents provided by users • General external information sources yarta does not create or own the underlying content in these sources.

2. No Warranty as to Accuracy

The Service provides responses generated from user-connected data sources, user-uploaded documents, and third-party information. All outputs are provided for informational purposes only. yarta does not guarantee that responses are accurate, complete, up to date, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying any information provided by the Service before relying on it.

3. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for: • The data you connect to yarta • The documents you upload • Maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and currency of that data yarta does not verify the accuracy of connected sources, update or maintain user-provided content, or validate uploaded documents. Any reliance on such content is entirely at your own risk.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may connect to third-party applications and services. yarta does not control these third-party services, is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or performance, and is not liable for any errors, omissions, or changes in third-party data. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the terms of those providers.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

yarta uses automated systems, including AI models, to generate responses. You acknowledge that outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading, may not reflect the most current information, and should not be treated as professional advice. yarta is not responsible for decisions made based on outputs, actions taken in reliance on outputs, or any consequences arising from such reliance.

6. No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You must not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, yarta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, errors or inaccuracies in outputs, reliance on information provided by the Service, issues arising from third-party integrations, or issues arising from user-uploaded documents. yarta's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to yarta in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Availability and Performance

yarta does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service, error-free operation, or availability of integrations at all times. The Service may experience delays due to third-party integrations, network conditions, or processing requirements.

9. Fair Use and Limits

Use of the Service is subject to reasonable usage limits. yarta may limit or restrict usage, or suspend access in cases of excessive or abusive use.

10. Data and Security

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect and use any data, and that you comply with applicable data protection laws. yarta will take reasonable steps to protect data but does not guarantee absolute security.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or your use poses risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without liability.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Where local laws grant you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights will apply.

15. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise specified) and are charged in advance. Fees are based on the number of users (seats) in your workspace, unless otherwise stated. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Price changes: We may update pricing from time to time. If we change pricing for your subscription, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to the updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing applies. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Upgrades and downgrades: If you upgrade your plan, the change may take effect immediately and prorated charges may apply. If you downgrade your plan, changes may take effect at the end of the current billing period. Payment processing: Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment details. Your use of payment services is subject to the terms of the relevant provider.
